Dan Ryan Builders is actively recruiting for Community Sales Managers to join our team!  Our Sales Managers are responsible for the sale of single family homes in designated communities. They coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience while ensuring timely settlements to achieve monthly and annual goals. Other duties may include, performing general on-site administrative functions and directing Sales Assistants activities.

Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales Marketing or equivalent of three years of experience in home sales or a combination of education and equivalent work experience is preferred. Prior experience in new home sales preferred but not required. A WV Real Estate License is required.
