Clients must be registered by the Real Estate Agent. To register their client, the Agent may do one of the following:
• PRE-REGISTER - Call the Model Home or Sales Center and register their client via telephone. The Community Sales Manager must complete an Agent Registration Form, indicating the date of the client’s visit. The Real Estate Agent must provide a signature on the form upon visit to the community.
• REGISTER - Accompany their client on their visit to each Community Model or Sales Center and register the client at that time. The Real Estate Agent must complete and sign the Agent Registration Form.
PRE-REGISTRATIONS are only good for 2 weeks from the date registered. It is the Real Estate Agents responsibility to renew this registration not the DRB Representatives. Prospects must bring agent’s card or notify the DRB Representative that they are pre-registered & “working” with the Agent.
REGULAR REGISTRATIONS made at the time of the showing are valid for 30 days, and it is up to the Agent to re-register their client after the 30-day period, if necessary.
These guidelines apply for each individual community; therefore, if an Agent’s customer intends to visit more than one DRB community, then he/she must follow these procedures for each community visited.
